Critical / Panic values are defined as values that are outside the normal range to a degree that may constitute an immediate health risk to the individual or require immediate action on the part of the ordering physician. It is the policy of the clinical laboratory to call the ordering physician to inform of the critical / panic values test results.

A daily pick up and delivery service is available for all offices. A daily pick up time will be scheduled that is convenient, consistent and appropriate for your office routine.
Will-Call and Lock Boxes are available too.
